Default Does this phal need repotting?Non stop blooming.

Hello
I am wondering if this phal needs repotting. It has been making new blooms non stop since November. Once the old blooms are dying new ones are emerging from a different stem. I've been wanting to re-pot but read that doing so during blooming is a no no.
To me, it looks pretty root bound. But I am not sure.
It appears that there are new blooms forming on one of the stems right now.
The main stem has been on this phal for well over a year, maybe two, as it never died. I just left it there since it was green. Now I have a forever blooming phal that might need repotted.
Is it normal for these gals to bloom nonstop for this long? Should I be worried and cut her back? I usually let my plants do as they wish and everything turns out growing like crazy but when it comes to orchids I don't know that much.
I've attached some photos. The one with new blooms is a little fuzzy since I took it with my tablet.
Thanks for any help.

I would say it isn't as bad as some I see. If you want repot when the blooms are over, or do it now. It doesn't usually make much difference. My advice is to put it into a big pot, and just use 2" bark chunks. No moss, no nothing. That way you can water it as much as you like and it is unlikely to cause problems.

My phal pots are about 35 cm, that what, 14" in diam? and about 6 - 8 inches deep.

Looks really healthy to me. IMO, plant seems to be telling you it is very happy in its current condition. In my limited experience, phals like to be a be a bit constrained by the pot. If the potting medium looks good I would say wait.

From the part of the flower I could see, it looks like it might be the same as mine, too Looks nice and healthy, anyway.
