New growth=newbie doing something right!?
Default New growth=newbie doing something right!?

Maybe not as exciting as a spike but since my collection is very young, I'm excited to see so much new growth and had to share ! Plus all the little baby pseudobulbs are just so darn cute! In my mind, if I'm not killing my new orchids, it means I can buy more muahahah! First pic is NOID den nobile keiki that I repotted about a month ago, followed by den penang 'little magic' that just finished blooming, purchased at Marie Selby orchid show, then Sharry baby that was just repotted into fresh sphag, last is 2 new growths on my bag baby den spectabile which unfortunately I damaged some new growth in my haste to get it out of the net bag but it seems to have recovered lol (sorry pics are sideways, don't hurt your neck!)

Yeah, there are times when I think the shoots and roots are almost more exciting than the blooms!!

It's just great when you look at an orchid and it has a shoot that wasn't there last time!
