Phalaenopsis Brother Pico keiki

I have a P. Brother Pico keiki with flowers but no roots. What do I do after The flowers die? Cut the stem and wait for the roots? Any treatment to encourage root formation?
I also have a white hybrid orchid with a keiki with roots. Can I separate it and grow it on its own? Some of the roots no longer have green tips.

For P. Brother Pico, Yes, I would cut the spike when finished and just wait for roots.

The keiki pictured with roots (your white Phal) looks big enough that you can remove it and pot it in your preferred orchid pot and medium. I would keep it shaded until the roots are growing well in the pot.

I had a Phal similar to your Brother Pico, (it was also a Brother hybrid) and it did the same thing with the keikis. Each keiki it produced would grow a spike before growing roots. Eventually the roots did grow, but you just need more patience.

And I agree that the other keiki looks ready for potting up!
