Help with Coryanthes macrantha

I have a little question. I got this Coryanthes macrantha as a present about 5 month ago, it is first one for me and that’s why I went to orchidspecies.com to learn about it. I got two new grow and got happy (happy plant happy me

) but one is growing up and another down… Is net pot too small and that’s why it is grooving down(pushing against pot)? Should I repot it in bigger one while it is growing new roots? Thanks.
