I grow most of those, and they get city water, which ranges from about 200-300 ppm. They all do fine. Some Pleurothallis do better with pure water, but I have that particular one, and it does not have the burned leaf tips that afflict some of the others, so it is one of the more forgiving ones. If you dilute tap water with that condensate, it should be quite fine.
