Awesome😍
Love it- looking forward to more pics tomorrow- then I can be even more jealous😎
And I like those pots you make, think I'm gonna do the same next time I repot. They only get deeper and deeper the bigger they are at my garden shop. I need them wider, not always deeper- depends on the plant.
Great setup☺️
And thank you so much for sharing😃

An automatic sprinkler system is really helpful for mounted plants And easy to do... outside, if there is a hose bib anywhere near, a "Y" connector can let you connect one side to a controller and leave the other for a hose. Inside, a bucket with a submersible pump can be the water source. Using low-flow sprinklers, the amount of water used can be quite small, so it could serve for many days. (Happy vacation...)

Thank you. Yeah, I was so pleased that I stumbled on that idea to chop and weld pots. It has made things so much easier.
One tip. Never throw away bottoms or tops that you have left over. Sooner or later you will find a match.
Anyway, here's the pics I promised.
These are of the cooler side with the thin leaves

That is really really nice😍
Walking in there must be like heaven for the soul, all those plants- and really nice setup😊
And the wall with the spanish moss: love it! I could see some small ones in there, are those minis or seedlings? (In the moss wall)
It seems really big- but maybe its beacuse the setup is neat and tidy- how big are your gh?
Lol, I'm planning on getting one this year. My hubby wants a new car, I want to fix the old- cause then I can buy a gh aswell😜 I mean, that should be a easy choice… 😎
Its like having a piece of tropical nature right outside your living room, I just love that. In Norway its well, beautiful forests and all that, but not really a place for orchids.
Really nice, Bil☺️👍🏻

Thank you. Yeah, it is nice going in there and chilling. It's a bit crowded at the moment, as all the tender plants are in there too.
Yes, on the Spanish moss walll, there are some small plants set in the cork. I had a few small plants when I was setting up some mounts, so I thought I would stick them in there. They are wedged in with moss. At the bottom right of that cork there is an Angraecum sesquipedale wth a single flower that is about to open.
It's about 6 metres long, and 4 wide. It had to be built with a sloping roof, to continue the house roof line. If I had built it on a free space, then I would have had a peaked roof, which would have given me better hanging space.
Norway is pretty cold. I'd really focus on insulaton if I were you, or the heating bill will be huge.
New cars lose a LOT of value. Much better to buy a second hand one and a nice greenhouse! If you can do it, a home made one can be built to your personal designs.

Very nice! The more mounted orchids I see, and get I'm sold on them. Very nice greenhouse set up also!
