If your humidity is really low, you might try the semi-water method for phals. This is what I do, and it has really helped reinvigorate my phals that were ailing and dehydrated. The caveat brought up by many people is that there isn't much information about how this affects them long-term. For me, though, it's been a lifesaver.
Basically, you place the orchid in a glass container and submerge the roots about halfway up, not letting the water touch the plant at all. Let it soak like that for two or three days, and then dump the water out and let the plant sit in air for the rest of the week.
Even with extremely low humidity (like 10%), my phals don't get wrinkly anymore. It's probably not for everyone, though.
