Smile Total Novice orchids reblooming!!

I am a total novice with orchids, I purchased a couple at our local grocery store, they did bloom continually for above a year or more then went kinda dormant. This past fall I noticed alot of roots growing into the air. I did some reading, never moved them from where I had them, the long bloom indicated to me that they liked this spot. I have never repotted, or for that matter fertilized them, now I noticed they are going to bloom again and also have a new shoot that is going to bloom!! So excited, I have no idea what kind of orchids they are, any advice on their care would be greatly appreciated. I will try and post some before and after pictures here.

Before pics are when they were blooming and last 3 are their current state

Congrats! and welcome to Orchid Board. You'll find tons of info here.

Since you bought them in a grocery store in Canada, and without seeing any photos (you probably don't have enough posts to link to or imbed photos yet), they are most likely phalaenopsis. Check out the beginner forum for many, many topics on phal care. Have fun!!
