Many people treat most seedlings differently from adults of the same plant, trying to keep them growing continuously if warm temperatures and light can be provided. Sounds like you are doing well with your current care.
You don't mention fertilizer, which is more important to healthy orchid seedlings than is seaweed. I like to fertilize seedlings with very low dilutions at every watering, and use seaweed extracts maybe once a month to six weeks. You can learn a lot about fertilizer on this Board and on the
