I need help with this den
This is the 2nd replacement the lady sent me, and its still not doing too well..its turning yellowish and its tender to the touch. Idk what to do!

It seems to be denphal-like. Those are not deciduous. So, my best guess is that it might be something with the roots. Were you able to check those?

If all the canes are squishy, then I'd consider it compost. Denphals are as tough as old boots. It really takes something heavy duty to kill them.
