3rd orchid, am i crazy or just obsessed?

It seriously is like an addiction.. i'm quite serious, i wonder what the deal is.

It's like you get a little rush of dopamine or something every time you check your collection and find a new little bud or a new little growth or a keiki or something else... And you become addicted to that little rush and whenever times are slow and nothing seems to be flowering/growing, you just NEED to go out and pick up something else that DOES have a flower or something exciting to get your fix. And as you get further and further into addiction, you're not happy just to see a new bud or a flower every now and again, you need to see something new EVERY DAY! So off you go and eventually you need a big enough collection to support your daily little surprises fix.

YES! YES! YES! That is it exactly! Thank you for putting the finger on it.....seriously, I couldn't quite get a handle on it, but knew it was different than any other "hobby!"
So what does all this mean? Orchid therapy?
Must we put ourselves into the Betty Orchid Center?
I'm not going unless it has orchids!!!
Oh I know! We can fly to Brazil to see Mauro! He's a therapist and an orchid grower! Eureka!
And I thought this would be difficult to treat.
