Well, with my orchids I tend to go with wide shallow pots. For this and the other thin leaves the pots are about 12 inches wide and about three deep. I use a mix of coir and fine cut bark.
Watering is with RO water and frequency at the moment is twice a week, veering towards once as the temp drops. I fertilise every watering with the ultra low concentrations suggested on The 'First Ray's ' page. He has some excellent pages devoted to fertilisation. I use his KLite with monthly kelp. (For twice a week the fertiliser level is doubled, and it is trebled if the watering frequency drops to once a week.)
They all follow the Phal routine, which is winter in the greenhouse and then outside as soon as the danger of frost has passed. All the thins go outside under bright shade for the summer. (The phals get darker shade, but not absolute.)
