One very important question: Why did you cut it?

I think she meant she accidentally cut it.

As long as it has several other good roots, cutting one aerial root should not be a problem. Don't worry.

Does it have other roots in the pot? If so, it will be fine. If not, you will probably need to baby it until it grows new roots. (you can always try a highly rated liquid seaweed product (for plants) from amazon, too).

Accidents happen...if it bloomed before, it has to have more roots besides the one you've cut.
Don't worry, another one will grow.

Yeah, if it's got other roots in the pot it will be fine, not problem.

P.S. I've moved your post to the beginner section.
