I'm sure Kawamoto has one. They ship by air from Hawaii, so it won't be trucked around in the tundra across the country.

I can't find any at kawamoto and orchid limited.
Shipping from the other two is around $15.

Orchids Limited does have several of them listed right now, starting at $35. Are you sure you checked the right website?
