Satomi at Seed Engei usually has some, including occasionally variegated forms (and often Minmaru, a small rounded-leaf form). I think Peter T. Lin (Diamond Orchids) grows them too.

Thanks for the update Jmoney.

I would like to add that Andy's currently has the regular form and Minmaru in stock right now. The unusual thing is the Minmaru is on a stick, most of the time it is in moss.
