The pot might be OK for a phal with a lot of leaves if you had used very large bark, but your plant is now going to use very little water. It won't dry out fast enough with that small bark mixture.

What is your humidity and temperature range now? If it's humid, I would not leave it in such a large pot with such small bark.

Not sure about humidty. Aircon runs pretty constant and temp is well controlled. Repotted this morning, new pic attached.

Daniel, that looks like you have done the best you can with it. Sometimes a plant in this condition will make a young plant from the base of the plant (called a basal keiki). I think that is the best hope you have for this plant. There is also a small chance the plant will make a new leaf from the top. I have recovered plants in worse shape, and I hope you can too.

Don't worry about fertilizers or other plant supplements until you have new leaves growing. The most important thing now is water management. You should water only when that bark is nearly dry. With a plant that has few leaves, that will likely mean watering once, maybe twice a week. When you water take it to the sink, run a lot of water through the bark for half minute or so, then drain. Don't water again until the bark is almost dry. Don't mist the plant, keep water off the leaves, especially the center of the plant (crown), dry off any water in the crown with a piece of paper towel.

Indoor office type light is fine for now; no direct sun. Good luck!

Thanks Orchid Whisperer, good to know there's some hope. Will keep an eye on the bark/soil. I noticed that when I repotted, the surface looked dry however the rest was quite moist, will have to bring in some skewers/sticks to check internal moisture levels.

And for "Optimist", koalas are very cute but also very cunning, worse when in large numbers!!! Hahaha.
