Thanks for the responses and suggestions Everyone! The teaspoon measurement was part of what I was afraid off, the bottle instructions for Physan say to use 2 TABLEspoons per gallon.
I'll check out the page you posted Bud, thanks! Hopefully it will tell me if the bactericides/fungicides will react with fertilizers or if they should only be given separately. And if they can be premixed and stored for later use or only mixed at the time of use.
Thanks again!

Don't treat your plants with anything unless they need it. They need water and fertilizer regularly, though sometimes the amount varies with the seasons. Pesticides, bactericides and fungicides are toxic to you, too, so you should minimize your exposure to only when your plants need them.
Don't mix pesticides with anything else. Don't mix fungicides with anything else. Don't mix bactericides with anything else. Fertilizer may be mixed with rooting hormones.
In general, don't store mixed solutions of pesticides, bactericides nor fungicides. Mix only what you need, or the smallest amount you can measure. Many of these are not too stable when mixed and break down rapidly into compounds that don't have the desired effect.
