SOS Help Me to save my phalen NO ROOTS

I applied direct strong artificial light to the bottle This creates warm, but I am afraid that the light is too strong Could this harm the root (like dehydration)?

unfortunately it did not go well I am afraid with the bottle method the plant did not last even for two days despite the warm and light the root has softened more I am not an expert but i think the bag method is better

You probably watered this plant too much and did not let it get dry enough between waterings. You will do much better next time, and soon you will have beautiful orchid flowers. We look forward to seeing your photos.
