Question Cattleya Growths

This is one of my Cattleya hybrids that I bought from the Home Depot...I have a question as to what these growths are...I tried to make them as center as possible and to zoom in as close as possible and I encircled what I am talking about in red. One of them I think is root growth and the other looks like a new leaf sprouting? I am not sure.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Zach

Actually, that is the emergence of a new pseudobulb. The leaf will grow as it matures.
