If your humidity is that high, bud loss is probably not enough water or too big temperature swings.

Probably water then. Most are in pretty new bark and it just really doesn't seem to hold water but I'm afraid to water too much also. They seem to be dry in 2 days. I usually water at 4 days.

Probably not the fan. Most likely too big temperature swings or humidity swings.

I did soak the bark beforehand and I try to run water through it for awhile. Still dries fairly fast. But I worry about the bottom being moist.

Also 2 of the Phal Cornu cervi were in a very wet mix when I got them and only have 1-2 roots in the bark. The rest are air roots. So I'm confused on what I should do.

Here's one of the Cornu-cervi. It has maybe 2 roots down in the soil but it's pretty much just sitting on top of the bark with air roots everywhere. How the heck do I water this!?

It could be the fan if that was blowing directly on your plant, maybe dried your buds out. See what happens now that you moved it.
