Default Vanda in bloom!


My dad got this vanda off a garden center that didn't really cared much about it... Had many dead roots as well. After a year of TLC, here's the reward!
The flowers were a surprise as he bought it not in bloom.
Btw can you tell roughly how old the plant is by looking at the number of leaves?

Well, the plant seems very happy with its care now. It is a gorgeous and happy plant. Congrats on the blooms!

Thank you😍 I'm so happy about this vanda,it requires daily care but it is so rewarding! Shame my parents don't allow me to go crazy with them..that's the only reason I have only twenty something orchids :/
Good thing my sister's room is empty now 😸
