I have roots growing out of the flowers on the end of the stem, I've tried to load a photo, but it is saying it's to big to load.
I've been growing orchids for a long time and have 22, but I've never seen any thing like this before. Can any one tell me what I should do, not sure if I should cut the stem and plant the roots or just leave it?

Can't tell for certain without a pic, but it sounds like a keiki. If you want another like the one you have, then when the roots are long enough, it ca be cut off and planted. There's different techniques depending on what type of orchid it is.
There are many picture resizing sites online, I use one called Picresize. They're fairly intuitive and easy to use. Just resize your photo and repost it and you'll be able to get a more definitive answer.
I'm a Photobucket fan. You can also set the amount of pixels per picture in the camera settings. Computer screens are more low resolution than say, prom photos. There are only so many bits of data a computer can process, then it hangs up.
