First, verify that you can bring plants. Many countries have very restrictive regulations.
Second, make sure that you have no plants, that are on the CITES restricted/prohibited list.
Thirdly, you will have to remove 100.0% of potting mix and ship bare root (at the most, wrap roots in moist paper towels).
= unless you have something very unique, it ix probably not worth the hassle to bring plants. Sell/donate plants where you are, and buy plantx that are suited for Mauritius after you arrive.
Without knowing typical temps at whatever elevation you will be living at, it is impossible to comment on what you should be able to grow.
