Welcome to the Orchid Board!
You have a good eye! It is an Oncidium or a hybrid among genera closely related to Oncidium. There are so many different hybrids like this that it's impossible to tell exactly what they are without the name tag. We call them no ID's or NOIDs.
You might go to the manager of the TJ and ask where they got their plants, then send photos to that supplier. Sometimes they know the names of the plants they supply and sometimes they don't.
I might add - these have usually been in the same medium, and the same inner plastic pot, for quite a while. It is best to repot them soon after they stop blooming because the old medium is usually breaking down and becoming rotten. For now, let it get almost dry, then soak it again.
