Yellowing leaves on Phals?

I repotted a bunch of my orchids in July. Since then, several of them have had older leaves turn yellow and die. Is this normal? They are putting out new roots and leaves so I hope this is a just part of the process.

Same thing happens to me when repotting,always the same few. Weird. Doesn't set them back at
all
