New Growth
Default New Growth

A shoot that I previously cut back now has new growth. There are three small leaves and either a new shoot or a root. Can someone advise what is happening?

That's a keiki. Let it grow and do its thing, you can remove it and pot it up once it has 3-4 roots which are a good 3" long. Lots of info on keiki's here. I hVe one orchid that has given me two keiki's and one which I have repotted it now spiking. The keiki will be identical to the mother plant.
