Hi all,
I care for my Orchids in an open balcony, but currently, I am getting weeks of rainy days and no sun at all. Given that it's cold (not below zero cold, but 10C cold) and rainy, should I avoid watering my plants?

Thanks in advance!

Ooooo.. 10C is very cold. I would want all mine in (bar the cymbs) before the night time was below 14.

What sort of orchids are you talking about?

I have a small collection with Phalaenopsis, Oncidium and Cattleya hybrids and one lovely Coelogyne Cristata.

No idea about Coelogynes, but the others are usually recommeneded to be not allowed to go that cold. What are you going to do with them in the winter?

Everybody's situation is different. Were my nighttime temps down to 14, all mine would be inside. I certainly wouldn't be watering them if it were raining.
