Discounted Mini Phal. Female
Default Discounted Mini Phal.

I bought 4 of these little guys. I have no clue what colors they are. I will assume white and purple. They were all .50 cents. This one however is doing worse than the others. So I just repotted it into one of my shells and mist the moss. Can't wait to see the results in a few days. Its already growing new roots.

On the side note, here is an update on my NoID Paph. I am not sure if its growing roots. I don't dare to remove it. However it is a lot more perkier now. Leaves aren't droopy like before. I am excited with the progress.

This is how I pot my mini phals. NO MOSS, just fine bark.

I reckon that that mini's roots would fill that shell with nno room for mmedia or air.. When I bought them, theiir roots hhad mostly been cut off to make them fit into a tiny pot full of moss..

Once it gets better, it will be repotted. I put some bark in there as well as a bit of moss.It had a few roots. When I bought them, they were all dried as of they haven't been watered in a few weeks or longer.

Yeah, while they are in recovery moss is useful, and like you I left mine in moss, though I basically drop potted into bark. Then when it recovered, I repotted it in plain bark.
