This has been such a great thread thanks for all the replies!as said above such a mix of people and backgrounds with plants!
I love cacti and succulents too Estación. I started my first cactus seeds a couple months back for the first time as iv always bought bigger so wanted the experience and they are so tiny!
I keep getting told to not 'waste' money on new additions. and my answer is welllllllll.......il slow it once i get a venus fly trap and some more orchid species amd whatever else.
We get bad weather outside too often so i love the houseplants as it helps with the gloom you feel when its pouring it down all day in "summer" haha

It's going to be bad, phalnoob! And great at the same time! Sort of a schizophrenic situation really! Add a totally mad smile on your face too!

My first show was this past March and Pink Cucumber is right, I had a mad smile on my face lol I spent mad money too, it was terrible and amazing at the same time. There was an African Violet show as well so I was pretty occupied. So many plants to look at and purchase. Just a wonderful time.

phalnoob - I'm pretty sure I've told you about my orchid jar - well there it is. First thing you notice is how empty it is. I don't even think I've ever seen it full! I definitely need to work on filling it....

A friend gave me an Orchid because she thought it was dying. I got it to grow new roots and leaves and that was it!!!
Totally infected, no cure.
