one idea might be to have it in a hanger which you can lower or heighten. when in the office lower it, and when going home;raise it as high and close to the lights as possible.
the cleanig staff useually works till 10 or 11 and that should give the plant plenty of light. maybe not quality light but long hours
hope this idea might help.
where there,s a will etc.

i think you,re plant is at deaths doorstep.
sorry to be so direct.
you might try to put plant and pot in a clear plastic bag. away from direct sunlight.

I tried that with an orchid I tried to rescue from my original office but it didn't work. I guess it wasn't meant to be, but it didn't hurt to try.
