From what I have experienced with most orchids, after blooming they seem to go on a rest mode, so just continue on giving them warmth, lighting and water as needed, not overwatering, still got to let them drain well.
It has lost a lot of roots as you said, so it is understandable the pbs are looking so stressed, they do not have any means to drink.
These brassias are rather thirsty orchids, so you can try
misting the leaves but make sure you run the ceiling fan for good airflow, while waiting for the plant to grow newer roots that will replace the ones that have been removed.
To me it still has a good chance of recovery, just be patient, and it will hopefully bounce back.
