stem under phal leaf?
Hey i just noticed this directly under the leaf of my phal and dont know if its a new stem or as the tip is funny,what was going to be a new stem?

I just realiesed the picture quality isnt as good as i thought. Its a few inches long and has a lighter end so didnt know if it was not going to do anything now

It looks like a spike that was either cut or broken off.

It appears to be a new root coming up under an old spike which was cut or broken off. Very common. Leave them both alone.
