Paphiopedilum NOID - WHAT IS THE NEW GROWTH??!!!
Spotted this 3 days ago when watering...I am literally jumping up and down!!
Anyone know what it might be?

looks like a new fan starting. The flowers come from the top of the fan in a sheath.

We also have a small seedling, I'm waiting for new growth - currently he's proudly pushing out a new leaf

This one just dropped it's flower - after almost 4 months! Will re-pot soon.
