C. luteola no roots
When I went to Denver to visit my friend we went to Fantasy Orchids one day to have a look around. That's when I got my nodosa and my Blue Hawaii. They take care of peoples personal orchids there so they let us go and look at them. I was able to see allot of orchids in bloom that I never had before. It was fun. I saw a C. luteola on a mount in full bloom and it was gorgeous.
I asked the gal if they had any and she told me that they didn't. But while looking around I found a very sick dieing one that they gave to me. When I got home I pulled it out of the pot and it came apart into 2 plants. I wrapped it in spagh and am spraying it every day as I did my Wilsonara. It is starting new growths and one has a root.
I know it will be a long go but it is one of my wish list orchids.
