Seedling trays FULL of orchids.
Default Seedling trays FULL of orchids.

Because of reasons I have in my possession several seedling trays of orchids that should have been potted/mounted/maintained years ago.... But they weren't.
I'm not sure what to do with them. There's no medium in the trays and they're jammed full of orchids some 1-1/2 feet tall and blooming, while it looks pretty I feel I need to do something with them.... Can I repot at this point? I'd like to make some room for some of the less developed orchids at the bottom and roots are coming through the holes in the bottom. Also, I can't ID the blooming tray, the flowers look kinda like they have two horns.
Ideas?

Edit: one of the trays appears to be bulbophyllum saurocephalum... If anyone cares. Will post pics of the flowering ones asap
