Pitiful Neo. falcata hybrid hanging on

I got this at the OS raffle table last month, and it looked pretty much the same then as it does now, which is probably why no one else wanted it (and why I'm not letting it come into contact with any of my other orchids, but that's good practice anyway).

So I've been mostly just kind of leaving it alone and misting the two still-alive roots, and the fact that it hasn't been actively dying, I've taken as a good sign, and now suddenly there's a new tip on one of the roots!
