Default Oncidium Progress

Hi everyone, I have a NoID Oncidium that was a gift this past April and based on what I've read, I hope it's progress is normal for this time of year.

I've since trimmed the flower spike (it was over 2 feet tall with yellow/brown flowers) repotted it, and fed it.

There is new growth on both sides of the plant, the old leave is dying back on the large middle PB, and there is an old PB that appears to be dying.

Hope the pictures came out okay...

Should I leave the dying bulb and let it age naturally?

Yes, until they get so you can pull them off easy peasy. Well at least that's what I do. Yours doesn't look like it is really dead so it is still helping the plant.
