Help with a Phal.

I was looking over the orchids today and I noticed that two of the three phals were doing very well, the roots were growing and they looked very happy. The third however was not looking so good. It's had a rough life. It got sunburned and lost all of it's leaves. Some how it managed to pull through and put out two new little leaves.

Well, since the other two were growing nicely I looked at the third and one root looked okay, but the others I could see looked dead, so I pulled it out of the pot and saw that most of the roots were dead and the ones that weren't needed some trimming, so I sterilized everything and started cutting. I dipped the cut ends in cinnamon but I'm wondering what the best thing to do to help the poor thing survive is. If it can even be saved.
