Default Help! Brassidium won't develop large pseudobulbs

This is my first orchid (the tag called it 'Kaui's Choice'), which I bought approx. 3 years ago. Since it was my first, I made many mistakes: first, not repotting it quickly enough; second, overpotting at the end of the growing season (oops); and finally, letting it sit there for a long time (years), with little attention and without proper humidity.

I finally repotted it this past March, realized the roots were never reaching down into its larger pot, downsized it, and used some sphagnum moss on top because I've figured out it likes things a little moist. I also bought a humidifier this winter which made all my orchids happier. I fertilize weekly weakly with Miracle Gro Orchid fertilizer, and water 1-2 a week. It's getting western exposure. Aside from sphagnum moss it's in some medium sized bark with perlite, some charcoal and a little bit of pine bark fines. Here's a picture from above:

It's doing better since I repotted, growing a lot of new roots, but it's just never developed a large pseudobulb, instead many, many small ones. When I bought it, it had a very large round 'bulb, which gradually flattened, thinned and wrinkled, but that energy didn't seem to go anywhere particularly focused. What does this mean? What do I do with it?

Here you can see some nice roots in between maybe seven (!!) shoots. Some of them started to shrink and wrinkle while still being tiny, maybe 1-2 inches in height. The wrinkled thing closest to my hand is the old big pseudobulb.

Here you can see yet another little shoot is coming up in the forefront. This plant is a mess of shoots so I can understand if it's hard to really see what's going on here. I would be happy to provide better photos if anyone can give me any advice!!

It may take some time before it is able to get large pbulbs after a rather extended period of neglect. The plant stayed alive in the stored food in the old, now depleted pbulbs.

I suspect after all the hardship it's gone through, the bulbs/growths would be small. Plants, especially orchids, tend to go through adjustment periods after big changes like repotting or large dying offs of roots or bulbs. For my cymbidiums at home, I don't expect flowers for at least a year from any plant no matter the size after being split and regardless of how healthy the roots were. Give it time, and don't change things up too much from here on out and your plant friend will start to pick up!
