Got These From Giant... Rehab Questions

Hello again!
I have managed to keep the first orchid I purchases Giant alive for this long, and so I was itching to expand my collection/find something to do this summer. So I purchased more from Giant- not so healthy plants that I wished to rehab. Plus, the leaves on my first phal are discolored (hasn't produced any new ones, either), and the roots look a little funky (like it's growing new roots, but there's a noticeable difference between the old and new roots- they started out almost looking like bulbs at the end of the roots?) Pictures are of the one who looks the worst... the leaves are leathery and the leaves are sort of weird in the middle, plus there's some discoloration that concerns me. I think it was super underwatered, and I watered it- the roots turned green again, instead of silvery. [First 3 Pictures]
I got one more from Giant too, who was very underwatered. I watered and it's leaves perked up a little, so I'm not super worried about him, but he's the guy in the last photo!

Help???
