Yeah, it is a nice garbage to pick up! hahaha
It looks nice with a new leaf and roots pushing out. and nothing broken or anything. and you know what the flower looks like already!
Phals need bright light but no direct sun, which most orchids do not need. Morning sun or very very late afternoon sun is alright, though.
The moss looks very wet. I guess you just gave it a good watering. Wait until the moss is almost bone dry (It will look much lighter in color and the whole pot would be very light when you lift it up).
Then the next time you water it, try not to water too much as moss stays wet for too long and many people here seem to have issues with phlas root in the wet moss.
I grow phals in moss for years just fine. The trick is the watering.
When moss goes bone dry, (even if the top is very dry, the inside might be still quite damp. but you have a clear plastic pot so you can easily examine the moisture level), it is hard to rewet.
Instead of pouring water on it until it gets wet again, get a spray bottle and mist those dry top portion.
The moss will easily and almost instantly get wet this way. Then pour a little bit of water at a time until you feel the pot is quite heavy but the moss does not get entirely sopping wet.
It might take some trial and error, or you might just get it right away. but keeping the moss slightly wet when you water is the key to long life of phals in the moss.
If all this sounds like too much hassle, then simply repot your phal into bark chips. The only thing to worry about then is to make sure you water often enough while the plant is growing as new bark tends to dry out quite fast.
Happy growing!
