Rescued orchid - Aerides multiflora (Corrected ID) Advice/suggestions please :)

Rescued this orchid clump from roadside, It was on a dead tree which was being sawed down. Part of it was squashed under the fallen tree and had to be discarded. One of the shoots has 3 blooming spikes. In total there is 4 matured shoots (already bloomed / with pods) and many baby plants.

Please help me revive this plant so that it can be grown at home. I am a newbie to growing orchids and I would really appreciate some inputs and suggestions on how to restore this to full health again...

Species: Aerides multiflora (ID corrected)
