There are MANY different hybrids of orchids out there. Can you give us a picture of your orchid?

This will help us determine the general type of care your orchid would probably like best.

In the meantime, don't do anything drastic...regular room temperature is usually good until we can determine how hot/cold your orchids "likes" to be.
As for watering, a rule of thumb is once a week (until we can determine what kind of orchid you have). Water until your roots turn a nice green color and let the water freely drain from the bottom of the pot.
