Update - One of the purple nubs has swollen more, and three new roots have started growing. I just have to keep remembering - slow progress is still progress!

Hopefully they will take off soon. They have sat around long enough! Mine are growths that are a few inches long now but I expect we have different growing conditions. And maybe they bloom anytime, not just one time per year.

Don't you just wonder why some take so long and some just burst into growth.

Is that a leaf or a spike in there?? I can't quite tell. Mine have small spikes in the new leaves that aren't too much further ahead.

And, the grower who registered this hybrid couldn't spell. It is actually 'Little Marmaid'.

I wonder if they have corrected it. RHS shows the correct spelling only.

I believe it has finally been corrected to Mermaid. OW shows it that way now also.
