I find Wilsonaras like most Oncidiums to be real water hogs especially on very hot days..sometimes during summer, I intentionally leave root zone submerged in water, then let water drain out the next day. I only do that in summer and not on the cooler months. I have learned now to keep my Oncidiums indoors during our mild winters..they like it warm, and on occasion they rebloom indoors during winter. But typically I get blooms in late Spring.
