I have one that does the same. It throws kkeikis and flowers that turn into keikis all over the plant. It makes it very messy.

So here are the flowers. Not open all the way yet, and I don't know that they will for the little one is kind of crowded.

Default So the confusion continues...

Today was clean up day, trying to keep plants bug free. I notice that one of the other new canes, which is only about 4 inches is doing this...

Nice roots.

I have a couple of these in their second year. Mine too have a touch of colour, although when they were bought they were pure white. I assume the winter temps had something to do with that.

Thanks, my was also all white when I got it, then when it flowered with me, I thought I had done something wrong, but then I check the Yamamoto website and read the description:
"Den.Spring Dream 'Apollon' (Patented)
Warm tolerant plant. Good bloomer even 2" - 3" cane. White flowers with pink tip on petals. Greenish yellow eye".

I just don't know why it loves to make keikis. The mother plant is now 12 canes, 9 which just finish flowering and 3 that are forming buds right now, plus 3 new canes that are about 2 inches. But I guess I should not complain, it is a very healthy plant and blooms every year.
