My New Spring/Summer Setup
Default My New Spring/Summer Setup

Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to share my new setup. When the night temperatures don't get below 55 degrees in the conservatory, I move my orchids in there (South/West Exposure with a Filtered Glass roof...might be a bit much if I lived in Equador, but in Scotland it works well). I have been lusting after a living wall for a while and had a big blank wall that was begging for something to be done with it. I decided to take the slightly easier route, and instead of a living wall, did a trellis where I can hang the pots. I also added some clear shelves for the oncids and dendrobiums that are in S/H, so they wouldn't spill all over the place. It's great. NO more accidents due to an overzealous dog tail, and I'm going to add more airplants to fill in the gaps. Who am I kidding, I'm going to add more orchids too. Anyway, I am very happy with the result. The best part is sitting underneath it chillin' out.
