Default Getting orchids used to different environments?

Some phals from a different part of the country(IL) will be arriving at my house tomorrow. Now, I know they were grown in different conditions and may be unused to the Florida environment. What are some tips to successfully get them used to growing outdoors in a different environment?

Phals will love the warm florida weather just watch out for too much sun and introduce them gradually and protect them from direct sun.
