I'm getting the Orchid bug again!... It's not what you think!

Well, if you found a kind and deserving person, perhaps you might consider donating an older orchid to them, so that you might expand your collection with something you really want more? Of course, you'd have to be sure that they would give it a good home, etc.

I found some beautiful Miltonias at our Safeway yesterday, and had to grit my teeth and walk on by. We're going out of town and it makes no sense to have an orchid and not be there to enjoy the flowers. I just hope they offer them again for Mother's Day as my self control has limits, and I think I just used up the little I had.

I lost an auction for a Den. Samurai on ebay today. I guess it just wasn't my time. Bidding and losing on plants (purposefully... I think) may be a temporary solution until the Mother's Day sale at a local grower is here. C:
