I agree with disalover. And I'll bet that it's in promix. I recently got Zglm. Louisendorf in promix, actually there's two plants in the pot. It makes me nervous too b/c I'm afraid even as an under-waterer that I could over water this guy. But for the last two months it has been fine. The flowers somewhat recently died (naturally), I've got two pods on it, and I see one growth on one and two coming up from the other. I'm going to keep mine in this mix for a little while, at least until I put them outside for summer (unless it's hotter this year). It seems these plants are rather happy in this mix, that it retains moisture enough for them and I think you'll find that they are more dry than it might seem to you. For myself I'm going to start using the skewer method to test the moisture of it. So far I'm thinking this stuff keeps me from letting them dry all the way out.

Long story short, try the skewer method and don't repot until after the flower dies. Be cautious when watering. You may notice the flowers and/or leaves wilt a little if you let it get too dry, once watered they'll regain composure.

Another thing I don't do with this plant is flush a lot of water through it like I do all of my others since this medium retains water more readily. Good luck, do share when it blooms!
